职位简介:Receive and confirm all guest room reservations. 接收并确认所有的房间预订。 Take and processes reservation requests received by phone, letter, fax etc. sends confirmations. 接受通过电话,信件,传真等方式的预订并发回确认。 Answer enquiries about hotel services and facilities; Answers questions on rates and room type available. 回答关于酒店服务和设施的询问;回答房价和房间类型的询问。 Assist in creating maximum efficiency within the department. 在部门里创造最高的效率。 Answer complaints regarding reservations and refers problems to reservation supervisor. 回答关于预订的投诉并把问题向预订主管汇报。 Sort and classify reservations into several types such as VIP commercial firms, group and regular FIT, etc. 按顺序把预订分为几类,例如贵宾,商务公司,团队和散客等。 Update correspondence based on subsequent notices, I.E. revisions, cancellations, follow up letter and deposit if any. Make sure that the correspondence against the details in the computer is correct.在接到通知后修改确认,例如修改预订,取消预订,如需押金等书面确认。根据计算机内的详细信息确定确认书是否正确。 Prepare reservation correspondence and VIP list for the following day, crosschecks and hand to the F/O manager and DOSM every evening. 准备下一天的预订信和贵宾名单,交叉检查并在每晚交至前台经理及市场营销总监。

Two days work and two days off. 可接受夜班,做二休二。 Fluent spoken English, dignified, presentable, articulate and no gender required. 男女不限,形象气质佳,英语口语流利。 Skilled in the operation of reception, have strong communicate skills and the ability of dealing with emergencies. 熟悉前台的各项业务。具有较强的沟通能力及突发事件处理能力。 Bright and outgoing, have strong service consciousness. 性格开朗、头脑灵活、具有较强的服务意识和责任感。 Benefits: 福利待遇: If you need, we would provide dormitory for you.
